A comprehensive B2B enterprise ecosystem (Desktop Web Portal + Mobile Operation App) designed to centralize wholesale inventory, dealer order fulfillment, field dispatching, and after-sales analytics.
Unified fragmented third-party tracking tools, eliminated data entry friction, and delivered a production-ready Figma UI library.
EV wholesalers and logistics operators manage highly complex, real-time datasets. Under the legacy system, critical processes—such as tracking stock, assigning mechanics, and managing dealer claims—were scattered across disconnected spreadsheets and chat groups.
This fragmentation caused frequent stock discrepancies and high user error rates due to dense, confusing legacy layouts that offered no clear priority.

Desktop Web Portal (Macro Operations)
Tailored for regional managers who require high-density data tables, deep filter criteria, and macro data visualizations (like work order turnaround rates and dynamic monthly trends).
Instead of just cleaning up the visual design, I completely restructured how data flows to different users based on their environments and physical devices:
Mobile Operation App (Micro On-the-Go Tasks)
Tailored for field technicians and warehouse staff who need action-oriented, low-tap views (active work orders, customer statuses, and quick checkout tools) optimized for fast interaction.

Touchpoint 1: Web ERM Management Portal (Desktop)
Data-Dense Control Center: Built a streamlined analytics dashboard featuring key performance indicators, Monthly-over-Monthly (MoM) work order turnaround charts, and real-time dealer logs.
Structured Data Tables: Created high-density tables utilizing consistent status chips, clear column sorting, and standardized actions to minimize cognitive strain during prolonged use.
I designed a comprehensive, multi-platform design suite to handle this dense information environment:




Touchpoint 2: Operational Mobile Suite (App)
Dealer Verification: Created a secure, multi-step Customer Qualification Review (客户资质审核) flow to streamline merchant onboarding and compliance.
B2B Parts Procurement: Developed an intuitive inventory shopping and checkout flow specifically optimized for wholesale vehicle and parts ordering.




Smart Field Dispatching: Designed the Store Engineer (门店工程师) directory and detailed Work Order (工单详情) tracking flows to allow rapid task assignment.

Delivered a dedicated enterprise UI kit in Figma complete with scalable data tables, status components, visual trend charts, and clear specification sheets to ensure absolute visual continuity across platforms.
